WHAT: Columbia Open Studios, the free, self-guided art studio tour, April 2-3, 2016, invites the public to explore 70 local artists’ working studios spanning the City of Columbia and Richland and Lexington Counties during the sixth annual tour weekend.
WHY: Presented by 701 Center for Contemporary Art (701 CCA), Columbia Open Studios showcases the Midlands’ talented visual arts community and offers the public a chance to meet local artists, see their intricate working processes and purchase their artwork. Artists keep 100% of sales.
WHEN: Saturday, April 2, 10 a.m.–6 p.m. & Sunday, April 3, 12–6 p.m.
WHERE: Columbia Open Studios spans the City of Columbia and Richland and Lexington Counties.
