COR offers substantive leadership and professional development workshops designed to help emerging and established professionals develop or hone skills essential for career success. The workshop series will be facilitated by guest speakers and will cover a myriad of relevant and timely topics. Table for Six is COR’s signature networking dinner series that connects experienced executives with emerging leaders in the community. Instead of the usual, stuffy networking event, Table for Six is a casual dinner where attendees can engage in candid conversation and build relationships with executives at local companies and nonprofit organizations. This year, COR is partnering with various Midland based organizations to reach a greater audience and increase our networks By sponsoring a Table For Six event or the series, your company’s brand will be seen advocating for connectivity among Columbia’s professional workforce by not only the over 200 expected attendees but also by our 5.6K Columbians that receive COR and partnering organizations’ e-communications.

COR and EngenuitySC are founded in the belief that connectivity among businesses, government and educational institutions, community leaders and citizens leads to a prosperous, competitive and overall engaging place to call home. This series is designed to facilitate an open discussion surrounding the changes happening in our community: educating and connecting those who wish to have an impact on the future of the Midlands. Throughout 2016, COR and EngenuitySC will host six discussions covering the ground breaking and game changing developments, programs, events and more happening in our famously hot city.

With nearly 275 members, COR is a talented and impactful force that has already transformed this city through its social, volunteerism, and leadership initiatives while EngenuitySC creates high-energy experiences that people want to be a part of. By collaborating and creating a series to inform and connect the community, we are creating an educated and focused voice of the next generation of the talent in the Midlands.

COR’s annual event is held in celebration of COR’s mission – connecting talented professionals in the Columbia area to diverse and meaningful networks for leadership, service, and fun. COR’s annual celebration offers the rare opportunity for highly targeted marketing toward more than 250 professionals.

Music Break is annual event showcasing and connecting the local community to business leaders. Attendees can trade tips with those who have made business out of music, or who simply do business like rock stars. The night includes a workshop targeted at musicians, a keynote speaker from the music industry, and performances by local artists. Sponsoring Music Break demonstrates your company’s dedication to be a part of a caring community seeking to help one another grow and success. Your brand will also be seen by not only the over 450 expected attendees but also by our 5.6K Columbians that receive our e-communications.

ACTIVATE is a quarterly celebration of our members and the impact they make in the Midlands region. We gather not only to celebrate current members but to recruit new members and engage all to become more involved with COR and in the community. Sponsoring an ACTIVATE or the entire series will position your company or organization as a committed Columbia business seeking to help talented professionals affect positive change in our city.
