Table for Six is a unique networking dinner that connects aspiring leaders with seasoned executives and influencers in the community. Table for Six takes place over dinner to facilitate open conversation, Q&A and relationship building with a table host that guides the conversation. Topics have ranged from Women in Leadership to Midlands Mayors to Small Business in the Midlands. Table for Six has been a sellout event since its inception 10 years ago. Our dinners are held quarterly and support different local restaurants and venues.

Emerging Columbia is a panel discussion on relevant topics that deserve our community’s attention. This series is designed to facilitate an open discussion surrounding the changes happening in our community by educating and connecting those who wish to have an impact on the future of the Midlands. Topics have included A First Look into the Development of Bull Street, Public Arts in the Midlands, Growth of the Vista, and The Development of Our Region’s Rivers. These events are now in partnership with The Free Times and usually held twice a year.

COR offers its members the opportunity to develop their professional and leadership skills by serving on our Time for Art, Table for Six, Communications, Membership, or Volunteer action teams. COR’s Action Teams serve as a catalyst for potential board service in the future.
