Volunteers are needed for the City of Columbia’s 2016 Green Business Conference hosted by the City of Columbia Climate Protection Action Campaign and the Community Development Department. The conference is on October 6th at Spirit Communications Park. Volunteers will be needed in three shifts: 8 to 10:30 a.m.; 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.; and 1 to 3:30 p.m. They will assist with set up, registration, logistics and other light conference duties.
For their service, volunteers will be able to sit in on sessions, visit the Green Expo, kick the tires at the electric vehicle display and enjoy an all-you-can-eat ballpark buffet lunch.
