Wanda is the Director of Customer Experience for BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina where she is responsible for both customer and employee satisfaction across their commercial business. A recent transplant to SC, Wanda and her family moved to Columbia in 2018 after spending 25 years in Columbus, OH. While in Columbus, Wanda chaired several United Way of Central Ohio campaigns, served as a longtime member of the Women in Leadership Council along with several affinity groups.
Wanda is originally from FL and received a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Florida A&M University. She holds additional designations as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP). In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, doing yard work, reading and flea market flipping. Currently, she is most excited about having sunshine all year long and growing her Columbia network.
